Extra weight does not look good and is not healthy, it is pure fat
which is carried under the skin and around internal organs.
Very often obesity is related to over-eating, but not always. Many
people have undiagnosed problems - low thyroid or adrenal disorders.
The metabolism should be harmonised, and it is not easy. First of all
you have to decide:
Do you eat too much &
have a lack of exercise?
Is it sluggish metabolism?
If you are eating too much, nobody could help you but yourself, but if
you are ill and the slow metabolism is an illness, then it could be
very difficult to become slim again. Difficult, but possible.

Obviously the body started to put fat in deposits, and every fat cell

That's right. It's very difficult to lose weight, especially if your

Dieting... Why doesn't it work?
Any diet is a stress, a limitation of one or another type
of food. It is true that fats have to be limited, but apart from this
you should eat good, healthy food and not constantly be on any sort of
diet.
Supplements...
Even worse than being on a diet. A patient of mine used
chromium supplement, lost 2 stones, stopped chromium - gained 3
stones, started again - lost 1 stone, stopped again - gained 4 stones.
Now she is slim, but after a year of homeopathic harmonisation.
Supplements can increase metabolism, but you cannot use them for the
rest of your life - that's why when you stop using them, you can gain
more than you lost in the first place.
Fitness clubs
Of course we need exercise, but not over the top. Gym is
usually over the top. Think about what happens to ex big sportsmen...
often they do not live long. Also for women according to the famous russian Doctor Nikitin, building the muscles can also increase the
male hormones in your system and if you are obsessed with this, your
sex habits may tend to change. Do you really want that?
Fasting
Surely if you stop eating you can easily lose weight? Not
true.
According to very respectable Dr Nikitin whom I already mentioned, we,
all of us, have what is called cell genetic memory. Cells will
remember fasting and they will try to protect your body from further
fasting, meaning your cells will try hard to save energy - in the form
of fat cells of course.
Pessimistic?
Whatever you are doing or plan to do is definitely not
good.
However, there are ways of losing weight naturally according to the
